The Director of North America External Web Delivery is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery and execution of external-facing websites, portals, AI applications and mobile apps across the North American region. This position plays a critical part in delivering seamless, compliant, and engaging digital experiences that support commercial marketing objectives. The director leads a team of delivery managers and cross-functional partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution of web initiatives, while championing innovation, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic foresight, technical acumen, and people leadership to manage complex digital ecosystems and deliver measurable business impact. The role will partner with colleagues in other regions to ensure best in class AI tools & technologies are leveraged to ensure efficiency and optimization in architecture, development and project management practices.
This position reports to the Global Delivery & Programs Lead and collaborates closely with regional delivery managers to drive scalable solutions, promote asset reusability, leverage economies of scale, and optimize resource utilization across markets.

Travel will be required as part of this role. Expectations around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region, to other regions, and to Pfizer World Headquarters.
Pfizer Digital is a 7x24x365 function. This role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours. Flexibility is required as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
