Is RecruitMe free to use?

Yes, anybody can set up a RecruitMe profile free of charge - no credit card required. We do ask for a small fee for extended campaigns to ensure that the job seeker is invested and still actively looking for work.

How do I create a profile on RecruitMe?

Sign up, upload your resume and post your profile, and you’re ready to be matched with jobs.

How does RecruitMe match me with job opportunities?

Our algorithm analyzes your profile and works off of your ‘desired title’ rather than previous or existing titles and matches to open roles to find high-fit matches and notifies you instantly. This approach helps you to land the jobs you want and not just titles that you’ve had previously.

Will recruiters contact me directly?

Yes. Once matched, recruiters can contact you directly.

How do I find candidates using RecruitMe?

You can subscribe to receive resumes to your inbox or you can sign up for full access to search and view unlimited resumes for your job. Our matching system highlights the best-fit candidates for your roles and all candidates are actively looking so need to worry about reaching out to outdated profiles.

Can I message candidates directly?

Yes. You you will have access to the job seekers direct contact info as well as their resume..

Is there a cost to use RecruitMe as an employer?

Yes, the service is $159 weekly for unlimited access to candidates for your title/location.

What industries do you support?

RecruitMe supports all industries, with a heavy focus on manufacturing, tech, marketing, sales, operations, and executive level roles.
