Director of Capital Formation
Capital is needed during key points of a startup's development - when starting a business, during rapid growth or scaling phases, or when planning an acquisition. Fundraising is an art that involves a lot of soft skills, and success is not tied to a set of clearly definable metrics. The role blends capital raising, investor communications, investor relations infrastructure buildout (i.e., data room, investor presentations, etc.), and relationship management. You'll play a key role in closing capital commitments for our portfolio companies (6 funds and 220+ investments) and delivering an exceptional investor experience-from first conversation through ongoing engagement.
