BRAFTOVI is a brand within Pfizer Oncology's Precision Medicine & Thoracic Franchise. As part of the BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI portfolio, the CRC indication is the largest growth driver and expected to remain a key growth driver for Pfizer Oncology over the next 3-4 years. The BRAFTOVI team is in the midst of a major multi-faceted launch of BREAKWATER (1L BRAF CRC). Significant organizational focus is on BRAFTOVI from 2025-2028 to allow the brand to reach the growth expectations of this importance priority brand.

What You Will Achieve

This secondee will lead the CRC strategic direction and promotional efforts, in partnership with other CRC-focused marketers across the team. Additionally, this secondee will hold cross-portfolio responsibilities to drive growth and efficiency in other indications of BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI as well.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Defining and adapting the overall CRC strategy (including HCP and consumer strategy).

  • Owning CRC positioning and messaging.

  • Executing and adapting CRC segmentation, as well as targeting strategy.

  • Drive cross-functional team and overall leadership updates for the indication.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • BA/BS required with 8+ years of experience.

  • Previous in-line US/global marketing experience required.

  • Experience in working with different marketing channels.

  • Strong project management skills, including ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to develop, adapt, and execute strategy to drive brand success.

  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functionally without direct authority.

  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management, including negotiation skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA/MS with 7+ years of experience; OR PhD with 5+ years of experience.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing.

  • Experience in Oncology marketplace, knowledge of GI/CRC.

  • Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
