We are seeking a proven recruiting leader with experience placing TSSCI-cleared cybersecurity professionals and a strong track record of developing new business. This role is fully remote and ideal for an entrepreneurial recruiter ready to step into an executive-level leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Source, vet, and place cybersecurity professionals with active TSSCI, CI Poly, or FS Poly clearances.
Develop and maintain relationships with federal integrators, managed service providers (MSPs), and government contractors.
Bring in new clients and manage existing partner relationships through warm referrals and personal outreach.
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and post-placement support.
Maintain and grow a cleared-candidate pipeline using our ATS (Crelate).
Represent The Roberts Company in client and partner meetings as the operational and recruiting lead.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting cleared cybersecurity or IT professionals.
Demonstrated success placing candidates into federal or defense-related environments (DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, etc.).
Proven ability to generate new business and maintain a book of direct-hire clients.
Deep understanding of the federal hiring landscape and security clearance requirements.
Strong professional network of cleared cybersecurity candidates and hiring managers.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Crelate is a plus).
Compensation Structure
100% commission-based compensation.
Earn up to 70% of placement fees on initial deals (average fees range from $10,000 to $20,000+).
Tiered commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
